When is Myrtle Beach Bike Week?

June 1, 2023

A resounding thunder rolls into town, not a great storm or an earthquake, but thousands of bikers taking in all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Every spring and fall a resounding noise can be heard all over the Grand Strand. It's not a thundering herd of wild horses, but rather 300,000 plus motorcycle enthusiasts enjoying the festivities at the annual Myrtle Beach Bike Week.

This year the 2023 Myrtle Beach Bike Week runs May 12-21 with tours, vendors, events and more taking place all over the Grand Strand area. The crowds are usually at their largest in Murrells Inlet where popular biker bars like Beaver Bar, the Rat Hole, Suck Bang Blow and Ocean Annie's Beach Bar draw a large number of patrons.

The event is billed as the Carolinas Largest Bike Rally and attracts riders from all over the US to take in the sights of South Carolina. The weather is typically mild and comfortable with daytime temperatures in the 80s and nighttime temps around a pleasant 65 degrees.

If you plan on attending the Myrtle Beach Bike Week you'll want to reserve your accommodations well in advance. Condo-World offers a wide selection of North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach vacation rentals including many biker friendly options. Just be sure to book your reservation with a company that can offer you the best value for your money. Also, be sure to keep an eye out for local bar promotions and deals that could save you some cash during the rally.
