It isn’t concerned with needing an identity because a ego is limiting and can hold you back. Your soul is eternal and is focused on continuing to expand the Universe with more light. It isn’t worried about the past or the future, it just moves forward.

Meditation is the process of slowing down your mind and focusing on one thing for a length of time, which can help you become more soul centered again. It can also be used to help you deal with any negative feelings that come up in your life such as sadness, frustration and anxiety.

In Type Soul, meditation is a key component of getting to know your zanpakuto. It’s how you’ll earn their trust, resulting in encouraging dialog and the opportunity to unlock their Shikai for battle. It’s a process that requires intense meditation and results in a challenging fight. However, if you follow our tips, you can make the most of this powerful practice.

Unlike most skills in the game, you can’t access meditation until you reach Grade 2. Once you do, it’s as simple as pressing the M key to start meditating. Once you’ve meditated three times, you’ll be transported into the Shikai World and given the opportunity to battle your spirit.
