The thrilling world of combat robots has captured the imaginations of high-tech nerds and engineers around the globe. And while building a BattleBot is an exciting endeavor, it’s not cheap. In fact, a single robot can cost up to $50,000, not including travel expenses to compete in competitions and tournaments. Considering the massive investment and risks, it’s no surprise that many people want to know how much do battlebots tickets cost to see the mayhem in person.
Presented by Discovery and Max, BATTLEBOTS CHAMPIONS II premieres Thursday October 5th 8pm on Discovery & Discovery+. This fast-paced, family-friendly show combines the wildly popular battle robots of television with explosive live Las Vegas action. Fans will get to witness the mayhem first-hand when legendary machines like Witch Doctor, HyperShock, Kraken, Sharkoprion and Mammoth take on a variety of new challengers in an epic battle of masterclass engineering skill, design prowess and, of course, carnage.
BATTLEBOTS CHAMPIONS II will include a wide range of matches, such as defending champions Tantrum and Sawblaze vying for the Giant Nut trophy, exhibition battles between veterans and undercard fights between rookie teams. Newcomers will also have a chance to compete in the Slugfests, a series of elimination gauntlets where the winner punches its ticket to the Tournament of Champions.
The price of a ticket to a BATTLEBOTS event can vary depending on a number of factors, such as the location of the venue, the type of seating arrangements and the availability of VIP or premium packages. However, a general rule of thumb is to expect prices in the $10-$40 range for BattleBots events.
